Wear whatever you feel comfortable in as long as it doesn't restrict your movement. It is advisable to wear shoes which don't have too much grip and allow you to move easily. Trainers or dance shoes should be ok, but make sure your feet are supported and comfortable. Remember to bring plenty of water!
